A Victorian, well-figured and of good colour, oak extending dining table, with a telescopic action, the top with a moulded edge and rounded corners over a plain frieze, raised on carved and tapering fluted legs, terminating in porcelain castors, with two leaves 279cm long x 152.5cm wide x 73cm high, but extending to over 374cm indicating a loss of perhaps one or two leaves, with winder (4)Condition report: Ok, other than dents, scratches and chips consistent with age and use. Underside rails beneath winder mechanism at each end have later added chocks, which at one end is secured currently with cable ties.

An early 19th century mahogany rectangular side table, with a frieze drawer, 92cm wide x 49cm deep x 72.5cm highCondition report: Generally ok, but three small small sections of veneer on the edge of the top (front left and right corners and back right corner). Chips, dents and scratches consistent with age and use. Top with some old, well-patinated ring marks. Lacking 10cm section of bead on left side of frieze.
An oak tripod wine table, the moulded circular top on a slender baluster stem and three shaped scroll feet, 48cm dia. x 62cm high.Condition report: The top is a replacement and has some scratches and also a stain to the centre with other lesser marks near the edges and some fine splits. One of the feet has been detached at the stem and visibly re-glued. The stem has some splits. Evidence of old worm to the feet.
An 18th century style oak coffee table by Arighi Bianchi of Macclesfield, the moulded rectangular top above a channel moulded frieze, raised on six baluster turned supports united by a boarded undertier, 139cm wide x 70cm deep x 44cm high.Condition report: Negligible signs of use.
