A Fine George III Mahogany Pembroke Table inlaid with kingwood cross-banding to the borders and satinwood stringing. The oval top measuring 31 ins x 39 ins (79 cms x 99 cms) and having a moulded edge with two drop leaves supported on fly brackets. One end fitted with a bow-front drawer with a corresponding dummy drawer at the other end. Standing on square tapering legs terminating with brass caps and small castors.

A Fine Quality 19th Century French Marquetry Table ˆ Canape. The oval top measuring 36 ins x 19 1/2 (91 cms x 50 cms) having a drop leaf at each end with round protuberants either side ornately inlaid with bouquets of flowers in stained wood contrasted against an ebonised ground and framed with decorative bands of diagonally grained kingwood and`rosewood incorporating shaped panels of micro-mosaic. The swept apron marquetried in a similar fashion and enclosing a drawer. Standing on well shaped square tapering cabriole legs with gilt bronze Rococo mounts to the hips and beading leading down to the sabots, 29 1/2 ins (75 cms) in height.

The 18 1/2 inch (47 cm) round top painted with a small fawning spaniel inscribed; "Be it ever so humble There's no place like home", and signed Jennens Bettridge. Standing on a black lacquered baluster column leading down to a round moulded base on three scroll feet enriched with scrolling gilt decoration.
