Handles appear to have been replaced. There are some small losses around the door opening edges. Split to the drawer liners. The legs has knocks and bumps throughout and one in particular has an area of varnish missing. One back leg has been filled/patched in one area. General wear and tear conducive with age and use. Overall condition is good though with signs of wear and tear conducive with age and use. Some staining / water marking to the legs. Left front leg with cat scratching to two sides particularly. Top in scrubbed but sound condition.

A 20th Century oak refectory style dining table, the plank top over a moulded decorated frieze on four turned and ringed tapering legs to block feet united by a centre stretcher 99 cm x 194 cm x 76 cm high together with a set of six oak ladder back dining chairs with drop in upholstered seats in the North Country style (four plus two carvers) together with two rush seat wavy ladder back chairs similar CONDITION REPORTS Six newer chairs with upholstered seats and shallow bow fronted front rail each with drop in rush seats to match the other two rush seated chairs. Drop in rush seats appear in good order with little sign of use. Table itself appears in good condition - see images for further detail
A set of four 19th Century Chinese Imari plates, each depicting a vase of flowers on a table, together with another similar with fence and bamboo, 22.6 cm diameter CONDITION REPORTS One of the set of four has a small chip to the foot rim and another has a couple of small chips to the outer rims. Otherwise all five plates have general wear and tear conducive with age and use to include some light surface scratching, firing faults, wear to the gilding, etc. See images for more details.

A walnut side table in the William & Mary manner, the oyster veneered and boxwood strung top cross-banded and with moulded edge over a figured veneered single drawer raised on barley-twist and turned supports united by a shaped X stretcher raised on bun feet, 78.5cm W x 56.5cm D x 68.5cm H CONDITION REPORTS The oyster veneered top with some areas of damage and repair throughout. Some discolouration particularly to the left hand side. Some lifting of veneers to the edging and damage. Some requiring repair. Drawer with replacement handle. Linings with tape along the grain. Damage to the veneers along the grain to both sides. Legs appear to be new. The stretcher appears to have age from the colour. The feet are replacements. Construction of the original piece may be circa 1700 though with repairs, replacements, etc throughout to the extent that justification of "William and Mary manner".
