Collection of signed photographs in various sizes Collection of signed photographs in various sizes, mostly framed and glazed; includes colour photographs of Princess Diana (20.5 x 25.5cm), Princess Lilian of Sweden inscribed "To Philip, with my best wishes, Lilian" (24 x 19cm), Katharina Duchess of Kent (two photographs, one unframed) together with two photographs of Joan Collins (one measuring 25x 25 and inscribed "Dearest Philip, Much Love", the other measuring 32 x 27.5cm and inscribed "To Philip, always the best! Love ") and an unsigned photograph of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip printed on paper featuring gold embossed Buckingham Palace crest (25 x 19.5cm). Also included is an Addison Ross table clock with clipped autograph greetings pasted on the rear reading "Mr Somerville, Happy Christmas from Elizabeth R" and a framed and glazed letter from Chief Rabbi Jonathan Sacks wishing Philip "a speedy and full recovery so that you may continue to be blessed and be a blessing to others"; plus unsigned photographs of Princess Diana with Mr Somerville, Queen Sylvia of Sweden, the Duke and the Duchess of Gloucester and Chief Rabbi Jonathan Sacks with his wife Elaine.(13) Philip Somerville was milliner to the Queen by Royal appointment for a number of years and created hundreds of hats for her throughout his career.

Gandhi) and Sarojini Naidu on 18.7 x 11.8cm paper with embossed letterhead of the House of Commons. A handwritten annotation in blue ink below the autographs reports that Gandhi signed with his left hand and that both signatures were obtained on September 16, 1931 when the two Indian leaders were in London to attend the India Round Table Conference. Mid horizontal fold and some yellowing to paper. Accompanied by original envelope, stamped and postmarked "London E.C., September 16, 6.15pm, 1931 D". The Second Round Table Conference to discuss constitutional reforms in India took place from September to November 1931.On September 16 Gandhi gave a speech on India's demand for independence to a meeting of Labour M.P.s.
A George III Silver Cake Basket, maker's mark worn, London 1788, of typical oval form with a pierced and beaded border, central reeded loop handle and raised on a pierced pedestal foot, the interior engraved with neo-classical garlands and festoons, 35cm wide, 25oz 2dwt Marks partially worn, engraved with a monogram. Overall the basket is slightly out of alignment and as a result does not sit flat on a table etc.
