A late 19th early 20th century Chinese blue and white baluster vase with peony, prunus blossom and bird decoration, converted to a table lamp, blue concentric circles to the base, height 31cm (af). CONDITION REPORT It has been converted to a table lamp, there is light fitting to the top, no hole has been drilled to the vase, the wire comes out of the top of the fitting, an old crack to the neck, no other major damage, no signs of major restoration etc.
Three Edwardian cut glass table centres each with detachable circular footed base, all with hobnail decoration to the exterior of the bowl and teardrop shaped decoration to the rim, diameter of largest 30cm, height of largest 28cm, and two non-matching plated trays, one with scallop and shell decoration to the rim, one circular to bun supports, both with chaste decoration, diameter of largest 32cm (5).
An Edwardian inlaid mahogany dressing table with shield-shaped mirror to the top, flanked by a pair of demi-lune shelves, on a base of single drawer on square tapering legs with castors, 152 x 105 x 53cm. CONDITION REPORT There is a piece of wood screwed behind the shield-shaped mirror - presumably to stop it swinging back and forth. It can be removed, but it will obviously leave screw holes. There are some water marks and cup rings to the shelves and the top. Usual scratches, marks and wear commensurate with age.
WEST GERMAN POTTERY; a 1960s brown lava drip glazed reticulated table lamp with a large conical shade, height including shade 133cm, and a West German stoneware ribbed vase with scrolling decoration, stamped to the base 'W.Germany' and '269-40', height 40.5cm (2). CONDITION REPORT The table lamp is sold electrically untested, the shade has also come away from its retaining band at the bottom leaving it sat at a slightly odd angle

A Victorian oak Sutherland drop-leaf occasional table, with wrythen twist columns to acanthus leaf carved outswept supports united by a wrythen twist stretcher, raised on ceramic castors, height 70cm, length when extended 105cm, depth 91cm, and a nest of three occasional tables with lyre supports (2). CONDITION REPORT On the Sutherland drop-leaf table, one of the gate legs is missing a castor, otherwise in solid but used condition.
A contemporary Oriental hardwood dining room suite comprising extending dining table with one additional leaf, with carved frieze and square section leg with Greek key terminals, when extended 76 x 137 x 91cm, and a set of six slat back dining chairs raised on square section front legs to spade feet (7).

CONDITION REPORT There are several areas of staining, fading, scratching etc to the upper closed lid with further ring marks etc, the fold out table top is in a similar condition with further wear to include minor losses splits etc visible to throughout.
A Japanese Meiji Period Satsuma baluster vase, highly decorated in enamels and gilt-heightened, with a wide gilded abstract band to the neck of medallions and panel decoration, above figural and scenic vignettes, a panel of Japanese lord with figures seated at a table and figure of an elderly lady bearing gifts, against a backdrop of richly decorated curtains and scenic view of flowing river, chrysanthemums and mountains seen through the window, the opposite vignette of Samurai warriors with lord and two kneeling warriors, against a background of prunus blossom, mountain scape and flowing water, each panel separated by a richly gilt-heightened abstract panel, the same to the base of the vase, height 47cm.Provenance: Part of the Paul Lightfoot Collection. CONDITION REPORT The interior of the vase has a large crack from the base of the neck to approximately three quarters down the body of the vase. It appears to be an old crack and does not appear to be going anywhere. It is partially visible to the exterior of the vase for approximately four inches.
Follower of Johannes Lingelbach (Dutch School 1622-1674) Christ in the House of his Parents, oil on panel, measurements 51 x 40 cm, frame 62 x 52 cmChrist stands to the left of the table with Joseph stood behind centre, Mary and Anne are seated to the right. Written evaluation dated 1969 describes it as 'School of Johannes Lingelbach'. Previously sold Semley Auctioneers.Condition report: The painting is an oil on panel, framed without glazing. The panel has a vertical repaired split from top to bottom. The paint surface appears stable and does not show any obvious evidence for paint loss or deterioration. There are some minor surface accretions and dirt visible. There are some scratches to Mary's hands and the book on her lap (see additional images). The paint is covered in thick varnish. Frame has general wear and tear with solid joints.

A Victorian mahogany wind-out dining table, the moulded top above a plain frieze with moulded edge, raised on turned reeded baluster supports capped with ceramic castors, with two additional leaves, 239cm long fully extended x 119.5cm wide x 75cm high.Condition report: One half of the top is completely split. Both halves significantly scratched and marked. Additional leaves also scratched and marked but to a lesser degree. Section of edge moulding missing from one leaf. Section of frieze moulding missing on one side. Section of frieze moulding replaced to the other side. Frieze and supports fair with some marks, dents, scratches and scuffs consistent with age and use. Two of the castor caps are loose and need re-fixing.
A George III cross-banded mahogany fold over tea table, the reeded and cross-banded D-form top above a panelled frieze raised on tapering turned supports capped with brass castors, 91cm wide x 45.5cm deep (closed) x 74.5cm high.Condition report: The closed cross-banded top has a few marks and stains. The open top is fair with some cosmetic marks and scratches consistent with age and use. There is a finishing block missing from the right gate - not structural. Section of beading missing at the bottom of the frieze adjacent to the left support. Generally sound throughout with minor cosmetic marks.

(3)Condition report: Table: Good overall with only minor/negligible signs of use.
A Regency style giltwood marble-topped oval occasional table, the pink mottled marble inset within a moulded oval top above a carved ribbon-twist frieze, raised on leaf-capped fluted tapering supports united by an X-form moulded stretcher with central floret boss, 88cm wide x 58cm deep x 77.5cm high.Condition report: Structurally sturdy. Marble top has a few very small chips to the edge. Giltwood flaked and chipped around the top edge and in other areas to a lesser extent but there are surface marks, chips and flakes throughout the frieze, supports and stretcher consistent with age and use. No evidence of worm.
A George III mahogany D-end dining table, the plain top above a plain frieze with beaded edge, raised on tapering square section supports, comprising a pair of demi-lune ends and a centre section with single drop leaf, and two additional leaves, 311cm long fully extended x 114cm deep x 72cm high.Condition report: Good colour and figuring. Centre section drop leaf has a split to one half. D-end tops good with only minor cosmetic marks. Centre section top fair with some water and other stains and marks. Frieze and supports fair to good with only minor cosmetic marks and wear consistent wth age and use. Additional two leaves fair to good, one with small veneer patches near a corner, the other with some retouching near the edge.
A George III oak or fruitwood drop leaf wake table, possibly Irish, the plain top with single drop leaf to the back, above four frieze drawers to the front having later brass knops, raised on tapering square section supports, 183cm wide x 44/88cm deep x 71.5cm high.Condition report: Top has fair colour and figuring but with multiple stains and marks throughout, cosmetic surface scratches throughout and a fairly fine split to one end. Drop leaf has darker reddish colour and figuring with fewer stains and marks and some deeper scratches with several dints which appear to have been treated. Left front leg split at top. Three drawer runners replaced with softwood. Drawers fair and run in and out freely. Frieze and supports show cosmetic marks consistent with age and use. No evidence of worm.
