A Victorian mahogany oval breakfast table, raised on a turned support with four downswept legs terminating in castors. Length 132 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The top is flat and not warped. The top is veneered in two sections. There is one small slither of veneer missing at one edge of the join by the edge moulding. This is tapering and is approximately 1/2 cm in width and 6 cm long tapering to a point. The moulded edge is in good order as is the frieze. The turned column and legs are in good condition with no issues other than minor scratches and scuffs. The castors are original. The table is structurally sound.
A Georgian oak side table or small dresser, with moulded edge above three frieze drawers with brass drop handles and cockbeading to each drawer front and raised on cabriole legs terminating in pad feet. Width 137 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: This lot is in generally good order. It has a good colour. The plank top is original. The drawer fronts are all in good order. The handles are later replacements, you will see old dowel holes between each drop handle. The front legs are in good condition with no issues. Both rear legs have had old spliced repairs approximately 9 ins up from the floor. The repairs are effective and only visible on close inspection. In our opinion the piece could be used or resold in its current condition without the need for any repair. Length 137 cm, height 80.5 cm, depth 42 cm.

A pair of 19th century mahogany dining table leaves. Each 140 cm x 63 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The two leaves are 2 cm thick.
