A three piece Murano ruby glass table garniture, comprising fruit bowl of rectangular form with fold-in edges, ornamented with a clear glass and gilt swan to each side, 10 x 7in. (25.5 x 17.75cm.), and a pair of 'U' form stemmed candelabra with centralised swans, waisted deposits with clear glass crimped rims, on swirl combed decorated domed feet, 9¼in. (23.5cm.) high, one repaired. (3) * Condition: One candelabra has a repair to base of one stem. Both other pieces good with no damage or restoration.
A George III mahogany knife box, of unusually shallow form, of typical form with serpentine front and sloped hinged lid, barber's pole edge stringing, original conforming strung fitted interior, inlaid star to underside of lid, containing a later set of twelve silver mounted steel table knives and twin-tine forks with ebony handles, 12¾in. (32.5cm.) high, 8in. (20.25cm.) wide, 6in. (15.25cm.) deep. * Condition: Exterior has a good colour. Original brasses. Some chips and losses from cock beading at joint of lid and base and also on the edge of base. Interior split at edges of central knife slots. Old shrinkage split to back. Small inset repair to left edge of front. Knives & forks later. One knife has a replaced nickel plated mount to terminal. Small dings to terminal mounts on a few others. Carrying handles to sides probably later.
A late 18th century Channel Islands silver table spoon, maker's mark GM struck once (unknown maker, Jersey, 1750-1812), pointed bowl, engraved initials 'DGD' to terminal, 8in. (20.25cm.) long, weight 35g. * Condition: Maker's mark clear. Small ding (evidence of earlier crease, since repaired?) to sides of bowl at widest part. Some small dings and signs of polishing to centre of bowl. A few small nicks to edge of terminal.
An 18th century Channel Islands silver table spoon, maker's mark JQ struck once (Jacques Quesnel, Jersey, 1781-1843), with engraved initials 'CHM' and date 1775 beneath kicked-up terminal, 7¾in. (19.7cm.) long, weight 38g. * Condition: Slight wear to tip of bowl on left side. Initials partially rubbed. Some wear to shoe piece and several small dings to bowl.
A late 18th century Channel Islands silver table spoon, maker's mark PA, struck once (Pierre Amiraux II, Jersey, c.1747-1808), Hanoverian pattern, engraved initials PDL beneath terminal, 7¼in. (18.5cm.) long, weight 37g. * Condition: Maker's mark slightly rubbed to top but clearly legible. Slight wear to left hand tip of bowl. Some wear to shoe piece. Three tiny deep scratches to underside of bowl. Evidence of polishing to lower flared part of terminal.
An early 19th century Channel Islands silver table spoon, maker's mark JQ struck once (Jacques Quesnel, Jersey, 1781-1843), additionally struck with three Js, fiddle pattern, engraved initials 'FF' to terminal, 8in. (20.25cm.) long, weight 45g. * Condition: Good condition. Slight wear to left side of bowl tip. Shoe piece worn. Marks well struck and very clear. Initials to terminal slightly worn.
A 19th century Channel Islands silver table spoon, maker's mark TDG JLG stuck once (Thomas de Gruchy and John Le Gallais, Jersey, 1834-1849), fiddle pattern, engraved monogram MRN to terminal, flat edged lip to bowl, 8in. (20.25cm.) long, weight 48g. * Condition: Maker's mark crisp. Some wear to left hand tip of bowl. Small line dent to centre tip of bowl, and two other tiny dings to bowl.
An early 19th century Channel Islands silver table spoon, maker's mark IP struck three times (Jean Le Page, Guernsey, 1803-36), with bright cut decoration, engraved initials AP, 8¼in. (21.2cm.) long, weight 1.4 tr.oz. * Condition: Left of bowl tip slightly worn from use. Bowl bent upwards a little at widest point near handle. A few small dings to bowl. One mark rubbed but all still legible.

A cased canteen of Elizabeth II silver flatware, Roberts and Belk, Sheffield 1978, plain form with shell terminal, twelve place setting, comprising first course knives and forks, dinner knives and forks, fish course knives and forks, tea spoons, coffee spoons, table spoons and soup spoons, plus four serving spoons and carving set and sharpener, in hinged top and single drawer mahogany case, 250.7 tr.oz weighable silver. * Condition: Flatware in good condition. Clear marks, all matching. Stainless knife blades all very clean - engraved 'The Jewellers & Silversmiths Co. Ltd., Guernsey, Rustless'. Appears 100% complete. Case in good condition, with minor edge wear. Green baize interior good.
A fine Victorian silver and parcel gilt table centre piece by Elkington & Co., Birmingham 1863, the 11in. clear and ruby cut glass dish with serrated rim above a central band of cut diamonds with ruby coloured hexagonal centres, enclosed by circle cut borders and above a star but base, supported upon an elegant Pompeian style silver and parcel gilt pedestal, the circular dish deposit with beaded rim on three supports above a tapering ovoid stem and circular foot bearing three crown pediments and twelve anthemion pendants to underside, on tripod supports with guilloche engraving to scroll rosette feet and gilt scroll brackets, on an anthemion decorated stepped circular base with scroll aprons supported on three gilt lion paw feet, impressed 'Elkington 753' with registration diamond to underside interior, 18in (45.7cm.) high, on matched Elkington shaped trefoil mirrored base, Frederick Elkington, Birmingham 1875, with trefoil husk border encompassing mirror plate, anthemion decoration and cartouches to parcel gilt exterior, three raised feet to mahogany underside, 12¼in. (31.2cm.) diameter. (3) * Condition: Base: Small silvering split and clouded patch to edge of mirror, plus one other dark line to silvering nearby. Marks good. No damage to silver. Minor rubbing to gilding to edges. Main section: Good, with no damage or repairs to silver. Minor wear to gilding to edges and raised detail. Circular hole to underside of urn beneath dish mount - possibly from earlier use as a lamp? Glass dish: Very good, with no damage.
A matched set of twelve large Kings Pattern table knives, eleven with silver handles comprising five William IV examples, Aaron Hatfield & Sons, Sheffield 1833; and six George V examples, C. W. A Chinese antique carved hardwood altar table, late 19th / early 20th century, the cleated top over a pierced and carved fruiting vine frieze and Green key corner brackets, raised on shaped square legs with dragon carved feet, 54 x 15¾in. (137 x 40cm.), 34½in. (87.5cm.) high. * Condition: No damage to carved frieze. Dusty & dirty - will need cleaning and polishing. Old shrinkage crack to top of one leg. Some separation & looseness to joints around the lower legs/stretchers. Scratch to one corner of frieze at top of leg. Good overall, with a good colour and patina. Colour to top lighter than the remainder due to polishing over many years.
A Chinese brass mounted hardwood table top jewellery cabinet, mid-20th century, brass scroll carrying handle on pierced shou emblem mount, brass moth engraved corner mounts, the two doors each inset with three reticulated serpentine roundels depicting birds and prunus blossom, conforming roundels to the sides, the interior with five drawers, 12½in. (31.5cm.) high; together with a similar brass bound hardwood jewellery box, the lid with centralised oval jade floral plaque, 7 x 5in. (17.8 x 12.2cm.). (2) * Condition: - Cabinet: Good condition, with no damage. Polish slightly faded throughout.- Box: Good condition.
A Chinese three piece horn and tortoiseshell part dressing table set, early 20th century, the tortoiseshell hand mirror and two lidded boxes each with applied oval pierced horn decoration depicting a coiled dragon, the mirror 10¼in. (26cm.) long; together with a plain ivory card case and a carved ivory lidded trinket box. (5)
A unique Japanese carved wooden low table, mid-20th century, the top of naturalistic form, made from a single 1 1/8in. Deep slice of timber taken from the base of an ancient tree, the shaped, pierced edges carved in two places with flowing water, raised on four naturalistic legs formed from branches from the same tree, 41 x 30in. (104 x 76cm.), 11¾in. (30cm.) high. * This table was presented by the maker to a senior exectuive at Dunlop in the 1950s-60s at a Japanese fine art exhibition in Tokyo. It was not for sale, but the artist was offered, and agreed to, an exchange for a pre-production set of Dunlop's very latest golf clubs.

(30.5 x 24cm.). * Condition: Fair condition. Decoration rubbed, particularly to lid. Crazing to lacquer, chips to rim, some flaking to lacquer in places. Lacks interior.
A Moorish table, early 20th century, the octagonal fold over top inlaid with elaborate mother of pearl star design, supported on a revolving triangular frame seated on a pierced trellis gallery into a rectangular plinth, the bevelled edges finished in rectangular mother of pearl inlay, raised on four splayed cheval style feet, 25in. (63.5cm.) high, 19in. (48.2cm.) diameter.
