The print looks to be in fairly good order with no major problems noted. The print has been affixed to the mount with tape. There is some rear scuffing to the mount at the edge but nothing particularly prevalent. There is a very minor indentation to the lower left hand side of the print towards the left of the apple on the table. Apart from this in reasonable order.

A William IV period walnut library writing table; four true side drawers and two dummy end-drawers opposing; raised on turned tapering reeded legs with original castors, 122cm x 75cm, together with original Don Spencer Antiques copy invoice for £3,750 CONDITION REPORT: Condition generally commensurate with age, there are some knocks and scuffs around the edge of the wooden top. There is some fading to what looks like the reverse, the leather is in a used condition with prevalent wear to the middle and the left hand side also. There are scratches, scuffing, some ring marks, discolouration pretty well all over the green leather top. The height is 76cm. All of the original locks appear to be present with no real evidence of any locks having been changed. There is a key present. The brass castors have marks commensurate with age and in our view the piece has had some re-polishing some years ago. See images.
A set of four 19th century Chinese carved hardwood occasional tables; the largest table 50cm wide and each table with a pierced frieze depicting leaves, fruiting plants etc.; raised on faux bamboo legs united by similar stretchers CONDITION REPORT: Height of the tallest table is 72cm. There are some marks on the table tops see images. There are some lighter areas mostly around the tops of the tables and the friezes that are now prevalent where the ebonising has been rubbed away. On the whole they are very steady and stand well. The colour is fairly uniform although some lighter areas as mentioned. The ebonising has rubbed significantly on parts of the legs commensurate with age. No major problems noted wood-wise with no breakages or reparations noted.
A George III period circular mahogany tilt-top occasional table, baluster turned stem and on tripod base with elongated pad-style feet, 84cm diameter CONDITION REPORT: The top is noted to be a nice pleasing darkish colour but there is a approx. 10cm historic split running from the edge into the side of the table. The top is also marked in some places and appears much darker around the edge. The table turns up and the metal catch underneath is a replacement. The base also appears to be a nice colour generally overall but there are paint splashes over the legs which appear to rub off easily. This item is 71cm high.
An early 18th century style ebonised console table; the faux marble top above a cushion-moulded drawer, shaped frieze and pronounced squared cabriole legs terminating in square pad feet, 99cm wide CONDITION REPORT: The top of this lot is faux marble, it is a painted plank of wood to look like marble, the size is 92.5cm wide x 45cm deep.

The top has a very large dark ink stain pretty much in the centre. Where the top is in two plank pieces these pieces are starting to show a gap. The gadrooned moulding around the two front drawers, most of this is off and away. There are no drawer handles to the front drawers and one of these has two vertical splits to the interior bottom. The gadrooning around the false drawers edge appears to be in good order and each have turned wooden handles. One of the side flaps (near the lot number) is at a slight angle and is not flush against the side of the piece. Other minor scuffs and scratches commensurate with age.
A French Empire mahogany and gilt-metal mounted console table; single full-width drawer and raised on turned columns with gilt metal capitals; united by a concave platform stretcher, 114.5cm wide CONDITION REPORT: The top is scratched and watermarked (would have been a marble top), nice colour base, some splits to bottom platform stretcher, nice quality gilt metal mounts. A 1960s/70s extending oval teak dining table with two extra leaves and raised on four legs of circular section, together with a set of six matching chairs with woven back rests and supports; some of the chairs stamped Made in Norway; the table with original applied label to an underside bearer detailing AB KARL ANDERSSON & SONER Design Borge Mogensen M.A.A., Made in Sweden; the table 260cm x 150cm (leaves in) CONDITION REPORT: It is apparent that the table top surface needs attention, the central leaves are darker than the two D ends probably through storage and the table top generally is marked (see images). Several water marks, scratches, other marks and lightening of polish are prevalent. The table top appears generally very dry overall and the leaves and outside edge of the table are cross banded. The table itself appears flat and very sturdy and the checking the underside the legs appear healthy as do the pine bearers underside. Although you would expect there is minor scuffing, scratching and marking mainly to the bottom of the legs (commensurate with age), the underside appears to be in good original order and also bears a label (see images). There is also some minor scratching and scuffing etc., to the six chairs but generally appear to be in very good overall order although there is some lightening to the polish on some of the chairs towards the ends of the arms through general usage. The webbing on the chairs appears to be in a general good order overall with only a handful of pieces away. Chairs appear to be in a good serviceable original condition and compliment the table. One of the chairs does have a break to the top rail and an historic repair has been done which we feel could be tidied up with minimum effort by a restorer. There is also some loose webbing away where it affixes itself to the top rail although this is not prevalent to the chairs and commensurate with age. The table would benefit from a professional restoration, re-polish to the top and minor work to the chairs. The chairs appear to be in original condition they do not look as if they have been re-polished. The table would re-polish the scratches aren't particularly deep although the one to the middle leaf is slightly deeper than the rest but in our view a professional restorer would be able polish the top to a single colour as it originally was.
A fine mid-20th century Danish extending rosewood dining table' together with eight (6+2) matching dining chairs; the table with two extra leaves, one of the leaves with label by SHR. Linneberg (Danish), 155cm x 90cm (without leaves) CONDITION REPORT: The centre rosewood table, two leaves and eight chairs comprising two carvers and six singles. The two leaves are much darker than the central section and have obviously been stored away for many years. The surface to the leaves and main central section is smooth an in a generally good overall condition. The figuring of the rosewood is particularly pleasing. There is some very minor surface scratching as expected but this would probably polish out with a minimum of effort by a skilled restorer. The circular turned tapering legs are also quite light in colour matching the original central rectangular section and are of a good sturdy form with no major damage. In our opinion the table is sturdy, strong and serviceable for original purpose. There is some minor scuffing and scratching mostly to the very bottom of the legs commensurate with age. The underside looks very good and original with the bearers all in good condition. The table leaves appear to be a good flat continuation of the main central table. There is a very small (approx. 1cm) banding around the central rectangular table. The chair all appear to be in good original order with no major problems here except for a few scratches and scuffs mostly to the legs as expected through usage. The colouration of the chairs does change, the rosewood is a natural substance and there lighter and darker areas accordingly and the chairs show this. The chairs also have the original black upholstery. This has come from a good local private source and the aged owner remembers acquiring them from new many years ago and have therefore been in the same family ownership. Overall this lot is in a good genuine original order and the pieces have been taken care of over many years although we suspect because of the overall good condition they have not been used that often.
A fine quality Regency period tilt-top mahogany and brass inlaid breakfast table; rectangular top with rounded edges and brass inlaid rosewood crossbanding above a turned stem and four downswept legs also with brass stringing to the terminals and finishing in brass lion's paw castors, 140cm x 99cm CONDITION REPORT: This is a two planked top and the planks have separated as shown by a large horizontal line across the table. The quality of the figuring is nice, there is some scratching and scuffing et., commensurate with age. Some of the brass stringing is lifting (see image) and the block has an historic crack across it. The base looks reasonable and again some scuffing and marking commensurate with age. In our opinion the table would benefit from some professional restoration.
