AFTER JODOCUS HONDIUS "The Countie and Citie of Lyncolne described with the armes of them that have bene Earles thereof since the Conquest", hand-coloured double-sided map bearing town plan for Lincolne and coats of arms, the description of Lincolneshire with table in English text verso, published by Thomas Bassett of Fleet Street and Richard Chiswell of St. Paul's Church Yard, circa 1610 CONDITION REPORTS Map is framed in double sided frame (glazed on both sides) so that script to back of map is visible. Map with some general wear and dirt. A few small holes near the cartouche. The script verso does show through slightly in places. Small tear to bottom border. A few old patched repairs visible verso, particularly along fold. A few areas of foxing and a patch repair a some very small holes to the Lincoln street plan. However, overall condition appears reasonably good.

AFTER FRANS SNYDERS (1579-1657) "Monkeys stealing fruit from a dining table", oil on canvas, unsigned, 98 cm x 115 cm CONDITION REPORTS Overall with wear and scuffs, craquelure to paint. The thicker darker areas have a fairly lumpy appearance. Picture appears to have had various restoration, and revarnishing. Frame with various cracks and scuffs.
A pair of Worcester Hadley porcelain figures, of water carriers, the largest 49 cm high (both mounted as table lamps) (2) See illustration Condition report Report by JB The gentleman in the brown and purple robe carrying a water bucket has been broken in two at the waistline. A number of chips and cracks can be observed to the arms. He has been repaired poorly with glue, and there is a noticeable amount of damage underneath the urn in the middle of his chest, going down towards the waist. General wear, markings and rubbings can be observed to the rest of the body, with rubbing around the base. Figure 2 of the young woman in the gold robe: displays general wear and markings, noticeable areas have been worn off the robe and sash, extremities are intact. A 19th century oak hanging spoon rack, 26 cm wide, and a Victorian brass table oil lamp (2) Condition report Report by JB Unclear if the oil lamp is in working order. Not converted to electricity. Base is brass, however, there is a large weight screwed to the interior. The glass reservoir section was once clear glass, however, it is noticeably stained and marked. A few small nicks to glass reservoir, interior glass section contains a light - it would appear to be a replacement. White globe displays general wear, nothing serious Please see illustrations
Assorted woodworking planes, treen barley twist table lamps, guitars and other assorted items (qty) Condition report Report by JB The red guitar is extremely dirty. There are some light vertical hairline cracks visible below the neck section running into the main body. Paint across main body inside starting to crack, resembles a crazing effect. Chipping and holes present to the base of the guitar. Some homemade repair to the edges, along with some homemade paint decoration, which may be hiding some repair. Neck section worn with some chips to areas, no strings present, although generally rather worn, it would appear to be intact unless there is damage hidden under the thick black paint. The mandolin again displays general marks, scratches and wear. It is however, intact. There is some light chipping around the base of the neck area, and light crazing across the front surface Please see illustrations for details
An ivory part dressing table set, initialled, a silver mounted strut mirror, and other items Condition report Report by JB Shoe horn displays general signs of wear and marks. No major damage of note. Brush 1 displays general wear and markings, along with Brush 2, which has two vertical cracks forming on either end. The Comb is worn, with one tooth missing to the centre. The Hairbrush displays general wear and light hairline cracks to the surface, running vertically. The hand mirror is worn, slight discolouration to rear, with a few dark patches. A few small hairline cracks to exterior around glass. The Silver Strut frame is noticeably worn with a number of holes present to the surface with some loss; Other silver items - discoloured and worn Please see illustrations for details

The painting has been relined at some point. Overall condition - painting is discoloured from coming from a heavy smoking household, in need of a good clean, apart from that, there wouldn't appear to be any major damage.
