Quite a lot of weathering. Some tarnish and rusting. The shelf unit is quite warped.
A Victorian pine farmhouse kitchen table with single end drawers on cream painted base CONDITION REPORTS Size approx. 88 x 135 cm. Overall with some general wear and scuffs, scratches and marks to the top, base appears to be relatively newly painted and although has some light wear and scuffs generally appears in reasonable condition.
A Victorian mahogany side table, the plain top above a bombe frieze raised on heavy lotus leaf carved cabriole supports to lion's paw feet CONDITION REPORTS Width approx 125 cm, depth approx 51 cm and height approx 90 cm. Overall with wear, scuffs and scratches. Some knocks to edges. Some chips and re-glued bits to edges. Large chip to carving to top of one leg. Generally colour appears reasonably good.
A circa 1930 burr walnut veneered bedroom suite comprising dressing table, wardrobe, chair, bedstead, an oval shaped top occasional table on cabriole legs, and a similar stool, the right hand top drawer of the dressing table bearing ivorine plaque inscribed "Restalls, House Furnishers, Birmingham" CONDITION REPORTS All items with wear, scuffs and scratches, some knocks, bumps, chips, stains, etc. Various splits and cracks to veneers. Some fading. Wardrobe approx 220 cm high x 185 cm wide. One door is currently not attached.
A 19th Century mahogany writing table with tooled and gilded leather insert over five drawers, on turned and ringed supports CONDITION REPORTS Leather on the top is probably a replacement. The desk may never have had a leather top originally. Although a good colour it has got three or four scratches on it. There is an old split to the top on the left hand side which you can see a shadow of through the leather - continuing about a ft into the leather. It has not split the leather but you can see it. Otherwise desk appears to be in reasonable order for its age.
A 19th Century mahogany card table of demi-lune form, the fan marquetry inlaid top over a plain frieze on square tapered legs to spade feet. CONDITION REPORTS Overall with wear, scuffs, knocks and bumps. Some cracking to the veneers, particularly to the cross-bonded sections. Legs of the table are generally slightly wobbly. Some losses to veneers and some chips. Top is slightly warped. Green covering is quite stained and worn.
