David Cassidy, I met in New York with Keith Allen at ‘The New Music Seminar’ that Tony Wilson would later bring to Manchester as ‘In The City’. It really went crazy that night when Ice Cube’s posse started fighting with Da Lynch Mob in the hotel we were all at for the conference... David Cassidy leapt under the table on hearing shots outside the Green Room door. Me being pissed and used to it (thanks to The Hacienda) spent ages trying to get him out so we could go out and see what was happening.
