After Edward Barnsley (1900-1987) Barnsley workshop English walnut, 'Wishbone' dining table and six chairs, unmarked, 166cm x 75cm x 37cm, chairs are 86cm high (7)Old repair to the underside of the table, possibly once a very small split. Slightly wavy top, does not sit perfectly flush. Some of the joints to the chairs have been reglued, they are very sturdy. Minimal marks and signs of use in places, otherwise seems ok.
Cotswold School pair of table lamps, oak, with cream coloured shades, 39cm high including the fitting, 62cm high overall including the shades (2)The plugs on these lamps have been cut, so we do not know if they are working. Shades contemporary to the bases. Overall with signs of wear and scratches, consistent with age and use. Otherwise ok.
Moorcroft pottery table lamp decorated with red flowers and leaves, marked to the baize base, 26cm high, a larger Moorcroft lamp, 30cm high overall including the fitting and Gibson & Sons pedestal bowl decorated with fruit, printed marks to the base, 14cm high overall (3)The pedestal bowl has crazing, marks and scratches, water damage and stains to the interior. Is dull when tapped. We do not know if the two lamps are working. We have not been able to test them. The larger lamp has damage/losses to the wooden base. Small lamp has wear and tiny losses to the wooden base. Both are quite grubby and need a clean.
Collection of silver and silver-plated ware comprising of: square silver box with cedar wood lining, 9cm across, a pair of silver egg cups, 7cm high, 37g approx overall, two silver napkin rings, 83g approx overall, two table condiment silver pots and spoons, 120g approx excluding the glass liners, a silver apostle spoon, bearing marks for William Hutton & Sons Ltd, London, 1904, 10cm, 15g approx overall, two silver plated sugar tongs, silver plated serving spoons and a white metal, possibly silver dish, unmarked, 18cm across, 142g approx overall At present, there is no condition report prepared for this lot, this in no way indicates a good condition, please contact the saleroom for a full condition report.
Two silver dressing table trayswith repousse decoration of birds, flower and acanthus scrolls, bearing marks for William Comyns & Sons, London, 1902 and 1903 respectively, larger tray measures 18cm x 26cm, the smaller tray measures 7cm x 11.5cm, overall weight for both trays is 337g approx overall (2)Both cartouches are blank. Overall signs of slight wear, small marks and scratches. Hallmarks are clear.
Gordon Russell of BroadwayWalnut, writing desk and chair, circa 1930, the chair with a plaque to the underside, the table measures 66cm x 76.5cm x 45cm, the chair measures 79.5cm high (2)Heavy wear and use, marks and scratches to both throughout. Watermarks, rings and staining to both. The drawer is slightly stiff. The joints of the chair are loose, the back of the chair/ rear legs are wobbly.

Overall some wear, scratches and signs of use. Possibly once ebonised. Otherwise seems ok.
