A heavily carved Middle Eastern table of square shape with pierced sides and a similarly carved table on three legs (2) CONDITION REPORT: Square Table: Removable top and folding base. Some scuffing and rubbing. Light chip to one central vine as pictures. Edges of base panels with some chipping and losses. Slight loss and cracking to one lower pierced panel. Missing two hinges to one of the folding base sections. Lobed Table: Some minor chipping to border of top. One leg not glued and unstable but secure. Some racking to base. Later blocking to underside of undertier. One leg secured with later screw and with an adjacent screw-hole.

Rackham (Arthur), The Romance of King Arthur and His Knights of the Round Table, London: Macmillan, 1917, signed and numbered by the illustrator, ed. 262/500, 4to, modern binders' blue cloth boards, original chromolithographic plates, bears ink inscription to first page. CONDITION REPORT: Modern binding generally in good conidtion, with few issues. Some clear internal issues, including foxing, especially around the mountings of the plates. Consistent foxing to the page edges. Plates generally in good condition and appear to be present (not formally collated).
