The top is an acajou mouchete / plum pudding. The mechanism to open the folded four sections is not operational or apparent beneath the baize . The gilt metal is lightly tarnished an rubbed in areas with some verdi gris to a few mounts. Lacking lock plate to the one frieze drawer. Polished and otherwise in reasonably good condition.

Minor slight shrinkage between joints as to be expected. General small inevitable scuffs, scratches, dents, small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age.

Some wear to the edges of the drawers as to be expected. Scuffs and marks to the leather as to be expected with age and use. Repair to the top of the pedestal plinth where it joins the drum top, with various cracks, refilled holes and later screw. See extra image. Spliced repaired breaks to two legs ends and a further repaired break to one leg.Inevitable scuffs, scratches, dents, small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age.
