A 1558 in table Polyphon: Model 45, with `Sublime Harmonie Piccolo` combs, (base leads poor) in walnut case with astragal panelled sides and reeded corner balusters and riverside view in lid, with 56 discs stored in a (non-matching) table stand Unrestored condition. Plain lid panel appears to be original. Corrosion in bass leads, but some notes still play. Discs in very clean condition with original lacquer.Additional photos attached
An HMV table grand gramophone: Model 103, in mahogany case, with early No. 4 soundbox The gramophone is in working order, unrestored (the motor, especially the mainspring, would probably benefit from cleaning and re-greasing, as with all HMV motors).The case has scratches on the lid, but is in better condition than many mahogany HMVs. (Treatment with a product such as `Scratch Cover` is often effective in hiding the scratches in this cellulose finish.)

Tinted lithographic additional decorative title, 7 lithographic plates, 1 map, 1 folding table, occasional woodcut illustrations. (Titles and plates affected by damp, some small tears, mostly to first few leaves, most without loss, some worm damage affecting the margin of one plate, title-page repaired with adhesive tape, some spotting and soiling, table torn and repaired with tape, 1 text leaf torn with minor loss to margin.) Later half-calf (somewhat rubbed). Provenance: W. Wigham Richardson (signature dated 1919 to front-free endpaper).
