Wheatsheaf five-branch electrolier and a table lamp. (2) CONDITION REPORT: The lamp is showing signs of age with some areas of corrosion (52cm high). The ceiling light has damage to three of the drip trays and a crack to the finial, well used (52cm high).

CONDITION REPORT: Has severe worm to the base and feet, but fixable.
19th century elm country table with rectangular top on splayed legs, 84cm wide, 50cm high and 40cm deep. CONDITION REPORT: Has general scuffs and scrapes, as with use. Minor worm holes. Bow to the seat board. The legs have had water, rot and worm damage to the end. Two have old cracks from the feet.

(4) CONDITION REPORT: The wardrobe is 203cm high and 17cm crest/crown, which is loose presently, but only needs two screws to re-attach. These are usually missing and lost over time.

(12) CONDITION REPORT: The chairs are tight and upholstery is good. No losses, damage, splits, repairs or cracks. The singles are 18in high and armchairs 18½in to the seat. There is the usual wear/dirt etc., all singles are scuffed at the height of the table (lot 444).
Victorian stained oak extending dining table, the carved rectangular top raised on foliate carved baluster legs terminating in ceramic castors, including three additional leaves,135cm wide, 74cm high and 166cm long, 318cm long extended. CONDITION REPORT: Table top is straight. One leaf is very, very slightly twisted. Good winding action. The runners are good. All original condition. Nicely worn. 60cm to the table skirt.
19th century Boulle work serpentine card table enclosing baize lining over mask frieze, cabriole legs with ormolu mounts, 88cm wide, 78cm high and 44cm deep. CONDITION REPORT: Metalwork is lifting to all four legs and back left corner of top. Areas of metalwork to the top have been stuck down. The front left corner of top is chipped. Signs of old worm to the frieze. Gilt metal beading is loose/lifting in areas. The gilding is worn and tarnished. Tortoiseshell overall good to fair.
