An early 19th Century mahogany and cross-banded table top writing chest with reading slope top opening to reveal a baize-lined interior and open recess, over a double-ended drawer, 54 cm wide x 26 cm deep x 18.5 cm high, together with a Victorian rosewood vanity case, opening to reveal seven various dressing table bottles, over a secret drawer and a pair of Victorian walnut framed needlework and beadwork decorated circular footstools, 30 cm diameter

A late George III oak oval drop-leaf dining table on cabriole legs to hoof feet, 114 cm long x 96.5 cm wide x 71 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Whilst basically sound, there are signs of wear and tear conducive with age throughout, markings to the top with the appearance of ink but possibly oil marks. There are no drawers on this table. The legs have signs of old insect damage and loss as do the feet in all csses variously. See images for further detail. There is an area of repaired damage to both sides of both leaves. See images. Please note that in the images, the white marks are reflections of celiing lights only.Top has some patching along the leaf straight edges. Knocks and bumps and stains throughout. Top is a little bit warped. Table wobbles a bit so not flat on floor. One leg has significant old worm to the hip. Has had some repairs throughout. There is damage to all feet to varying degrees. Wear and tear conducive with age and use - see images for more details

Lot 640

A 19th Century mahogany tea table, the circular snap top on a birdcage to turned centre pedestal and cabriole tripod base to pad feet, 84 cm diameter x 71.5 cm high.... CONDITION REPORTS Top has a dent to the edge as well as various scratches throughout. Appears to have had an agricultural repair to the base. Signs of old worm, most notably to the supports underneath the table top. New wedge has been put in the birdcage. Some splits to the central pedestal and down into the feet. As already stated, repaired within that area. Top doesn't sit flat. Possible replacement clip, if not replaced, position readjusted. General wear and tear conducive with age and use - see images for more details

A pair of 19th Century Chinese blue and white and polychrome decorated baluster shaped vases and covers, the main bodies decorated with panels of figures in a garden setting seated with vase of flowers and fruit on a table, a dog at their feet and verso with figures in a garden setting seated on a bench taking tea, the lady with a fan 23.5 cm high CONDITION REPORTS One vase has significant crazing / hairline fractures throughout. The other has a large hairline fracture running down the main body. Both have losses / wear to the enamel and giling. One lid has lost its finial and has two large sections missing as well as other faults. The other has a large chip to the finial and several chips to the outer edges. All items have general wear and tear conducive with age and use to include surface scratches, knocks, bumps, etc. See images for more details.
