An early 19th Century mahogany Console Table, with rectangular top supported by two circular pillars, on an inverted platform base, approx. 92cms (36") wide, 97cms (38") high; and a small 19th Century mahogany Chiffonier of narrow proportions, the shelf back supported by three turned pillars either side, over a single panel door, on turned legs. A 19th Century French ormolu Mantle Clock, surmounted with a pink porcelain urn over a circular pink ground porcelain dial decorated with landscape and Roman numerals, a further porcelain panel with figures, supported by four winged griffin with paw feet (damg); and an oak cased Table Reliquary. The Personal Belongings of an Irish Officer from The Leinster Regiment in World War 1 Military: An exceptionally complete possibly unique collection, belonging to an Officer of The Leinster Regiment, during World War I. The lot includes, his uniforms, jackets and trousers, hats, with tin box container, his leather boots and stirrups, his folding bed, roll-out mattress, folding chair and table, his fitted travel case, with outer protective leather cover, his cooker with spirit lamps, his cups and saucers, knives, forks, spoons and other items, and his large canvas carrying bag for same. The officer was Major E.F. Farrell, Co. Meath, one of the famous Farrell Brothers. An amazing survivor, so intact, almost 100 years later. As a collection, w.a.f. (1)
