Ferruccio Laviani; a Kartell FL/Y green tinted Perspex globular form ceiling light, diameter approx 50cm and a further Tiffany-style leaded stained glass table lamp (af) (2). CONDITION REPORT The Kartell ceiling lamp has various light scratches throughout, with one more significant scratch to the side, approx 8cm long. Other slightly more significant scratches throughout. The bracket on the table lamp leaves the shade sitting at a slight angle. Both sold electrically untested.
A bisque plaster-effect white baluster table lamp with decorative gilt swag, on a Classical column stand with gilt-heightened swag decoration to square base, height of whole approx 80cm, a further matching table lamp and a cream composite table lamp in the romantic French style, the column with two playful putti, one with basket of roses, one with bouquet of roses tied with ribbon, to a circular stepped base, height 43cm (3).

A Victorian, honey-coloured, figured oak extending dining table, with a foliate carved frieze and cabriole legs terminating in scroll feet and a central, hinged leg, for support when extended, with 5 leaves, extended 429.5cm long and with an 81cm, oak edged, medium-density fibreboard leaf 510.5cm, 145cm wide, 73.5cm high.Condition report: Chips, including inner edge of one ‘D’ end, losses, including one scroll on two feet and two scroll mouldings on the frieze, the largest 5cm long. Scratches and dents etc. consistent with age and use. Top in above average condition, but some small isolated stains and marks.Overall - lovely figuring and colour. Well above average.
A late 19th/early 20th century mahogany D-end gateleg fold-over tea table to turned tapering legs, 74 x 91 x 45cm. CONDITION REPORT Overall good but used condition, top has several light surface scratches commensurate with age. Light surface scratching to the folded surface. There is a very slight patch repair to the right hand side and a further minor split to the back edge on the right hand side. A further small split slightly further away from the hinge on the left hand side. The fold-over surface is in good condition, with some scuffing to the front left lower section. There are minor splits to the veneer on the frieze. The front right leg is sat a t a very slight angle and both of the gate legs are functioning correctly. The only significant damage to be addressed being the scratching to the top surface.
A good white metal diamond and sapphire floral ring, the twin principal round brilliant cut stones each weighing approx 1ct, within a border of nineteen small round brilliant cut diamonds and eight marquise cut sapphires, size M1/2, approx 9.2g, presented in a Boodle & Dunthorne of Liverpool vintage jewellery box. CONDITION REPORT The diamonds are approximately 6.75mm diameter each. Due to the setting, it is impossible to get a depth and also difficult to clean and therefore comment on colour, however the clarity of both major stones is quite good. There are no inclusions with the naked eye and with a loupe there are only small inclusions. There is the most minute of chips to the table of one of the stones, but this is being very critical. Both are well matched and facing up white, as are the other stones. The sapphires are medium to dark blue, the band has a stamp inscribed 'Cecil' and an indistinct number to the side of this. From a good local private source.
A Victorian mahogany oval tilt-top tripod occasional table, raised on a barleytwist column to three outswept supports, 69 x 58 x 43cm. CONDITION REPORT There are three deeper scratches to one side of the top and further old scuffs and scrapes and a cup ring. One of the legs is split and has been reglued.
Two kit-built CNC engravers/routers with rotating head, moveable table, aluminium frame, electronic control boards, etc, height of largest 25cm, width of largest frame 41cm (2). CONDITION REPORT These were built by the late owner, who was a retired technical engineer. There are no manuals or programming guides. We offer no guarantee of working condition, however there is no known reason of why they would not work.

AFTER WALTER DENDY SADLER (1854-1923); two mono etchings comprising 'The Last of the Vintage' depicting gentlemen toasting around a dining table in a country house, size of visible etching 34 x 49cm, framed and glazed, in an ornate gilt frame, frame size 70 x 85cm and 'His Favourite Bin' depicting a man holding up a glass of wine in admiration, 38 x 29cm, frame size 54 x 42cm, both with pencil signatures of the artist and engraver (2). CONDITION REPORT The Last of the Vintage: The frame is missing some of the trim/rim.
A 1960s retro teak dining suite comprising extending dining table of rounded rectangular form, raised on oval tapering legs, enclosing two additional leaves, when extended 74 x 232cm, a set of eight upholstered dining chairs with button seat and backs and a sideboard with three drawers above central six-panel fall front flanked by pair of four panel doors, raised on oval tapering stretchered supports, 84 x 183 x 45cm (10). CONDITION REPORT The table top and the sideboard both have areas of fading, staining , scratching etc all commensurate with age, one notable stain to the back edge of the sideboard top, the chairs have minor nicks, scuffs and scrapes to the legs etc
Fritz Hansen; a set of eight retro Danish upholstered dining chairs with chrome bases and a similar white oval fixed top dining table, 70 x 180 x 120cm (9). CONDITION REPORT The table has signs of use throughout most notably some chipping to the white finish to the edges and some light surface scratching and minor staining to the centre of the table top. The vendor purchased the table at the same time and same place as the set of Fritz Hansen chairs although the table bears no manufacturers identification The chairs have no sign of repair or restoration , any wear to the chrome is age related and does not detract. The black ends to chrome are present, no holes, tears to the purple upholstery, some wear to the top of backrest and front of seat pad, sturdy base, no damage to bases
Rosengaarden; a 1960s retro teak dining suite comprising extending crossbanded D-end dining table with two additional leaves, length when extended approx 220 x 110cm, and a set of six chairs with upholstered backs and seats (af) (7). CONDITION REPORT The table has some sun bleaching, as can be seen with one of the leaves not being used before and being a darker tone. There is some further light breakdown of the polish colour and some light scratching to one of the rounded ends, appears to be missing feet.
G-Plan; a large 1960s retro teak coffee table with canted edge and square tapering supports, 45 x 150 x 60cm. CONDITION REPORT The coffee table is in a used condition, there is additional wear to one of the legs and the top has areas of fading, staining, cup rings, light scratches, etc.
