With a folding square base also heavily carved with flowers and foliage. Top 67cms across, 61cms high
PAIR OF CHINESE WU SHUANG PU BALUSTER FLOOR VASES later 19th century, the bodies decorated in mirror image with 40 heroic figures from the Table of Peerless Heroes, interspersed with panels of script, beneath iron red and gilt chilong and between greek key neck and foot with floral highlights, height 86cm (2) Provenance: bought at a Winchester, Hampshire, auction house in 1948 and thence by descent.
A modern table lamp, a green glass vase, and a modern glazed figure of an elephant (af) (3).Additional InformationElephant has one leg detached and re-glued, heavy chips throughout, area of restoration to the bowl but a huge amount of loss to the bowl as well. The lamp has four circular sections applied to the base which are unsightly.

A late George III crossbanded mahogany and satinwood four drawer kneehole dressing table with rectangular top and square sectioned tapering legs, width 91.5cm, height 74.5cm, 53cm.Additional InformationThe top is slightly warped, the stringing around the edge is lifting in parts, the top is bleached with a couple of splits, also splits to the left hand side panel, the front retains a strong colour, originally it would have had brass caps and castors, these have been removed. The knee hole width is 30cm and height 59cm.

There are a few splits to the moulding and a few old signs of repair to the scrolling brackets. The top itself has some cracks itself to the veneer and some flaking to the edges of the veneer.

SHELLEY; a collection of assorted ceramics to include teacup and saucer in the Queen Anne shape, pattern no.11607, a smoker's table set fitted in original box, a selection of miniature teacups and saucers, Wileman & Co Foley 'Fola' table lamp, etc.Additional InformationGeneral wear and rubbing to the gilding throughout, the yellow cup cracked and broken in two. The advertising plaque by Lucy Dawson stand on the reverse has been broken, so the piece cannot stand. Numerous pieces sound dull when flicked, cased service and generally good with minimal wear to the gilding. The boxes are in poor condition with stains to some examples. One of the Wileman & Co Foley crested ware saucers sounds dull, remaining pieces look fine.
