A Victorian, principally Mahogany book-press, the integral table base having a frieze drawer and standing on turned legs, the press uprights attached by dove-tailed joints (currently a little loose), the threaded cross-beam being of Oak with a threaded wooden screw-pillar having an acorn finial. 57" high x 27" wide x 16 1/8" deep. The maximum pressing throat depth is 11" approx.
