A late George III crossbanded mahogany and satinwood four drawer kneehole dressing table with rectangular top and square sectioned tapering legs, width 91.5cm, height 74.5cm, 53cm.Additional InformationThe top is slightly warped, the stringing around the edge is lifting in parts, the top is bleached with a couple of splits, also splits to the left hand side panel, the front retains a strong colour, originally it would have had brass caps and castors, these have been removed. The knee hole width is 30cm and height 59cm.

An unusual burr yew feather banded and crossbanded triangular sectioned occasional table with three part veneered top raised on three chamfered square sectioned legs with scroll detailed brackets, width 46cm, height 69.5cm.Additional InformationThis table must be a made up example, the moulding beneath the top is not very old whereas the colour of the top is very good and appears to be 18th century. There are a few splits to the moulding and a few old signs of repair to the scrolling brackets. The top itself has some cracks itself to the veneer and some flaking to the edges of the veneer.

The clock appears fine and is inscribed 'Trial' and dated 9-8-3.

MOORCORFT; a contemporary baluster form table lamp decorated in the Magnolia pattern on an ivory ground, raised on wooden plinth base, height excluding fitting 26cm.Additional InformationThe base with a small area of damage which has partly been glued back, the lamp appears fine.

SHELLEY; a collection of assorted ceramics to include teacup and saucer in the Queen Anne shape, pattern no.11607, a smoker's table set fitted in original box, a selection of miniature teacups and saucers, Wileman & Co Foley 'Fola' table lamp, etc.Additional InformationGeneral wear and rubbing to the gilding throughout, the yellow cup cracked and broken in two. The advertising plaque by Lucy Dawson stand on the reverse has been broken, so the piece cannot stand. Numerous pieces sound dull when flicked, cased service and generally good with minimal wear to the gilding. The boxes are in poor condition with stains to some examples. One of the Wileman & Co Foley crested ware saucers sounds dull, remaining pieces look fine.

MULLER FRERES; an Art Deco frosted glass shade with relief floral decoration, acid signature to rim, raised on a later table lamp, overall height 34cm.Additional InformationThe shade with minimal wear, light scratches, bruise to the inside of the rim. We are confident the shade is original and by Muller Freres and does have an acid signature. The stand is not brass but is metal nonetheless.

An early-mid 20th century table top dinner gong with twin horns and electroplated mounts on square section oak base, with striker, height 35cm, width 26cm, and a gilt metal mounted walnut mantel clock, the circular enamelled chapter ring set with Arabic numerals, the movement stamped Y, height 24.5cm (lacking back) (2).Additional InformationThe outer covering of the striker is partially lost, surface scratches, marks and scuffs throughout as well as rubbing to the plated mounts. The clock lacks the back and any key, scuffs, scrapes, scratches and general wear throughout, and has not been tested, also stains and blemishes as well as rubbing to the gilt metal mounts.
