AN AQUAMARINE AND DIAMOND CLUSTER RING LONDON 1978 The marquise cut aquamarine within a surround of brilliant cut diamonds, approximately 0.48 carats total, to a polished 18 carat gold shank with H.LTD. maker's mark and partial stamp G158 Size/dimensions: cluster 1.6cm long, finger size J 1/2 Gross weight: 3.8 grams Condition Report: The diamonds are all present and correct, bright and lively. The Aquamarine is bright, it has a couple of small surface reaching inclusions that look a little like scratches across the table, a few small nicks/nibbles to the facet edges, only noticeable with a 10x loupe. Some light wear to the 18 carat white gold setting, the claws are all in good order. The setting has been rhodium plated, and some off the plating is coming off showing a pale slightly gold tone at the back of the shank. Condition Report Disclaimer
