A Victorian aesthetic movement ash part bedroom suite, comprising: a three door wardrobe, the central mirrored door opening to reveal fitted drawers and hooks, flanked by a pair of panelled doors opening to reveal hanging space; a dressing table with swing mirror above one long and two short drawers, surmounting three frieze drawers above a pair of cupboards; together with a pot cupboard en suite.
An early 19th Century serving table of `D` form, having one door and two short drawers to the front with later turned knob handles, raised on square tapering feet, the whole with boxwood stringing, 51 x 29 x 23in. (130 x 74 x 58.5cms); together with an associated astragal glazed bookcase with flared pediment cornice, boxwood and ebony stringing, fitted two shelves with double doors, 46 1/2 x 49 x 14in. (118 x 124.5 x 36cms).
An early Victorian mahogany twin pedestal dressing table, the fiddle back mahogany top fitted with solid wood gallery, the base fitted with one long and six short drawers, carved brackets to the kneehole, 34 x 54 x 24 1/2in. (86 x 137.5 x 62cms) (some sun fading).
A late George III satinwood Pembroke table decorated with cross banding and ebonised stringing, fitted a pair of semi-circular hinged flaps, fitted a single drawer to the frieze with brass ring handles, raised on square tapering legs, 33 1/2in. x 24in. x 28 1/2in. high. Provenance: Believed by the vendor to have originated from Priory House, Long Benington.
A William IV rosewood veneered tea table, the `D`-shaped top above a plain frieze with central carved paterae ornamentation, raised on a faceted stem with loti form base, quatrefoil platform support raised on four gadrooned bun feet concealing castors (top is warped), 28 x 35 1/2 x 17 1/2in. (71 x 90 x 44cms).
