Britax Contour Limited twin passenger aircraft seating for Concorde in blue leather upholstered with cloth inlay, seatbelt clips bearing iconic Concorde logo, armrests with twin dials and headphone sockets, rear of each seat with drop-down tray table (for use by passengers seated behind), rear base with footrest (again for passengers behind), serial no. 0315, 35.5kg. In good order with light surface marks in places, remarkably comfortable. A genuine piece of aviation history. Together with assorted Concorde flight memorabilia to include a Team 9 type 1301-C headset flight deck connector box, series no. 119, code 66.893.020.00; The Final Touch Down, limited edition photograph by Russell Clisby, signed and numbered 127/975, framed & glazed; a 20-piece Royal Doulton for Concorde dinner service plus cutlery and 17 glasses; two Concorde leather diaries and a stationery wallet; a rug (still sealed in cellophane); a washbag, and various Concorde postcards, decals, flight brochures, certificates, news, some of which is earlier [c. 1980s] Provenance: The Britax seating was purchased as Lot 3961 in the British Airways Concorde Enthusiasts' Auction, Dovebid, 14-17 April 2004.
