Various woodworm holes to the body throughout, the frame with various knocks, scratches etc and is slightly wobbly. The Eastern table has various light scratches, scuffs and marks, some small losses and very wobbly on base. Both items have general various signs of wear and tear throughout. Has been crudely glued on to base. Possibly only associated rather than originally together. There is a crack to the back at the top of the coloumn near the screw head. Rectangular mirror has some losses to the veneer as well as various cracks, knocks, bumps, etc. Both lamps need re-wiring and they have various knocks, bumps and chips conducive with age and use - one has some repaired damage to the top - see photos for more details.

Wear to the gilt work. Some small losses. Looks to have been re-sprayed gold relatively recently. Some woodworm holes. Some splits and cracks throughout. Top is probably not original. Unstable and would certainly need to be screwed to the wall. Various general signs of wear and tear throughout. Some attention needed. 140 cm wide max x 45.5 cm deep max x approx 82.5 cm high.
An early 20th Century mahogany extending dining table, the plain top above square tapering legs with reeded decoration to spade feet, raised on brass caps and castors, together with a set of eight dining chairs in the Hepplewhite manner (6 plus 2) CONDITION REPORTS Various scratches, scuffs, marks, impressed marks, etc, throughout. The spare leaf has a large split to the middle and is coming apart. The stain is wearing off some of the chairs in various places. Some deep impressed marks.
