We would say that the condition is good. There is not any major damages, the only thing we have noticed is that the trim has bubbles in places and started to come away in places. There are a few scratches on the table tops but nothing major.

A Regency mahogany dressing table attributed to Gillows of Lancaster the rectangular top with three quarter gallery and concave inset front with five drawers upon ring turned ribbed tapering legs, 109cm Further Information From inspecting this lot we have found that the overall condition is good to very good. I have found that the rear right leg has been broken completely and restored. Other than that no other breakage's or restoration can be found. The top appears to be quite scratched, but only very light scratches, possibly in need of a good clean which may help hide some of the scratches. Again the attached images should hopefully show this. All the handles appear to be original and in tact.
A George II mahogany breakfast table with circular tip-up top and a vase shaped shaft upon faceted arched legs and shaped pad feet, 91.5cm Further Information The overall condition of this lot is good. The table has the odd bump and scratch/blemish but nothing too major. The only thing to comment on is a large crack in the table top. It doesn't look bad or effect the structural integrity if the table. Attached are additional images to show this.
