An Edwardian gold amethyst and split pearl oval hinged bangle, the upper half with a round mixed cut amethyst, rub set table down at the centre, with applied triangular collets grain set with split pearls, one deficient, at each side. A further trefoil of split pearls, grain set, to applied scrolling twisted wire and foliate decoration, with twisted wire and hollow bead decoration to the outer edges. A later replacement plain lower half, with concealed box clasp and safety chain. Tested as approximately 9ct gold. The original Chester hallmark has been retained from the original lower half, and soldered to the later replacement lower half.

The cross composed of a series of foil backed, flat cut garnets, all rub set in dome back collets, with an old Swiss cut black dot quartz at the quarter points, with sprays to the outer edges of the collets.
