A Late 19th Century French Brass Mounted Mahogany and Satinwood Rectangular Writing Table, with leather inset to top, inlaid with lozenge ornament, fitted two frieze drawers, on square tapered legs and castors, 47ins wide x 26ins deep x 28ins high On the top the leather is patched/worn and has various areas of water/ring marks, on the left hand side there is some veneer bubbling around 1/4ins diameter. The piece itself is heavily faded and slight oxidisation to the moulded metal top. The drawers run freely and easily with minimal resistance. All the metal components are slightly oxidized and have some general rubbing. Veneer shrinkage commensurate with age all over. On the inner right hand leg at the top there is an area of gilt metal loss. A 19th Century French Provincial Fruitwood Farmhouse Kitchen Table, with cleated five plank top, fitted two frieze drawers, on turned legs, 86ins wide x 34ins x 29ins highTo the top there is heavy scattered scratching, darker staining and the whole is unevenly faded. In between all five planks of the top there are signs of shrinkage running horizontally from one end to the other. All four edges are heavily rubbed. General heavier wear to the legs and feet commensurate with age and usage and there are signs of staining. The drawers run free and easily with minimal resistance. Flight holes present, evidence of historic woodworm. The table itself is structurally sound however there is some movement in the joints. One of the leg joints is extremely loose. On the base of all the legs there are replacement pieces of timber and at the top of the left leg at the frieze there is an area of timber damage in a triangular section around 2ins x 0.5ins
A Victorian Mahogany Extending Dining Table, with moulded edge to top and rounded corners, with one extra leaf for same, on heavy baluster turned legs and castors, 57ins x 94ins extended x 29ins highThis item does extend further but only one extra leaf is present - the extended size listed in the cataloguing is with the one extra leaf fitted. To the top there is some general scattered scratching, water marks (ring marks). The top is unevenly faded. General heavier rubbing and wear to all four edges of the top. The table shows little signs of warping, however the mechanism is quite stiff but does move and the winding handle is present. The right hand leg has a crack running vertically from one end to the other and there is an area of timber loss running horizontally around 4ins long. There is a circular piece of moulding missing on the left hand leg however there is a bag full of additional items all relating to the table. General heavier wear to the legs commensurate with age. Overall the item is structurally sound. The table would fit at least an extra leaf which would be an additional 25ins, making it a total extension of 119ins.
A Pair of Victorian Low Nursing Chairs, upholstered in floral pattern cloth, on turned and fluted legs, and a Victorian stool on x-pattern supports, 22ins wide x 23ins deep x 16ins high Both chairs - the upholstery appears to be clean with no obvious damage/loss/tears, rips or stains. There is no foul odour emitting from either of the chairs. General heavier wear to the feet and legs commensurate with age. Castors run freely. There is some slight movement with the joints from the back to the seat however it is structurally sound and both chairs appear to be in good overall condition.The stool - the needlework upholstery is heavily worn, stained and faded, various areas of wear and holes present. Around all four edges there are signs of fraying and the upholstery is heavily worn. Light scattered scratching to the base, darker staining and uneven fading and general heavier wear to the feet. Two areas of moulding loss on the left hand side at the front and a similar on the right hand side of the of the base of the back. An Edwardian Inlaid Satinwood Kidney Shaped Display Table, on four bold cabriole legs, 25ins wide x 16ins deep x 30ins highTo the top of the glass there is light scattered scratching and on the outer edge of the top there are various areas of veneer loss, each in rectangular sections around 2ins long horizontally. General rubbing on the edge all the way round. The lined interior - the fabric is present however it is loose and is quite stained. The legs and lower tier have general heavier staining and heavier wear commensurate with age. Flight holes present to one of the legs evidence of historic woodworm. Overall the item is structurally sound however there is some movement in the joints.

To the left hand side there is some signs of uneven fading of the upright and the right hand knob. There is a very small area of veneer damage 1/8th ins diameter on the right hand side and there is a small water mark on the right hand side of the base of the mirror. The drawer runs free and easily with minimal resistance. General heavier wear to the base and feet commensurate with age. Overall the item appears to be in good condition.
