Condition reports done week commencing January 7th.It is structurally fine, nice and solid. The casters work well. There is no damage or restoration just light surface scratches on the top. On the inside, the felt is worn through the middle and there are water marks.The height is 74cms

A large oak refectory style dining table with turned legs to stretchered base, together with eight rush seat ladder back chairs (6 plus 2 carvers) CONDITION REPORTS Table- all over surface scratches, knocks, bumps, etc conducive with age and use. One elbow chair arm has been off and is currently just sat in place. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use. See photos for details. Approx 92 cm deep x 254 cm long x 76.5 cm high.
A George III mahogany library table in the Chippendale manner, the tooled leather insert top over three frieze drawers with brass swan neck handles opposite three further frieze drawers, one side with reading slide, the other with plain slide, raised on square chamfered supports with pierced spandrels CONDITION REPORTS Approx 96 cm deep x 133 cm long x 77 cm high. Leather has some surface scratches and marks. Brushing slide to one end has splits and surface scratches, particularly where the drawer has been in and out. Some of the drawers are a bit sticky. There appear to be replacement locks and handles. Areas of damage to the drawer fronts and losses in various places. Some of the fretwork corners have damage. Has general scuffs, knocks, bumps, etc throughout. There is a split to the end panel. The other brushing slide reveals a reading slope which has various ring marks and a couple of splits. The panel it's above also has a split.
A 19th Century yew wood veneered and cross-banded drop-leaf Pembroke table with single end drawer on square chamfered supports united by a turned X stretcher to small leather castors CONDITION REPORTS Top has wear all over and significant scratches and damage to the varnish. Both leaves are bowed. Table is a bit wobbly although this may be our floor. Knocks, bumps, etc, throughout. Possible replacement stretcher. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use. A Richard Young for Merrow Associates chrome framed low table of square form with glass toped Rio rosewood base (Cert No. 575827/03) 45cm tall by 50cm wide CONDITION REPORTS Numerous surface scratches on the glass. Two small chips towards the centre of the glass. The metal frame has surface scratches, scuffs, some tarnishing and the wood has numerous surface scratching fading, discolouration and areas of loss to the varnish, scuffs, etc. There are a couple of small gouges to the side and a small chip to the underside of the wood on two of the corners. Overall general wear and tear commensurate with age and use. See photos for details.
