A Stewart Linford oak dining table, with centre pedestal and extra leaf. Length extended 198 cm (excluding leaf 151 cm), width 129 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The table is in generally extremely good condition. It has clearly seen little use. It is a good colour. There are no significant scuffs, marks or scratches and the patina to the top is very good. The leaf is also in good order. The table is structurally very sound with no loose joints. The legs are all in good condition with no issues. The condition really is as good as you will find. The height to the table top is 75.5 cm. The height to the under edge of the frieze is 70 cm.
An Arts and Crafts inlaid mahogany wardrobe and dressing table to match, brass drop handles with ware turquoise cabochons, the wardrobe with mirrored door flanked by panelled doors opening to hanging space with two drawers beneath. Height 204 cm, width 146 cm, depth 59 cm, dressing table width 104 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The wardrobe is in generally good condition. The doors are not warped and close as they should. There are no splits to the panels. The mirror is in good order. The drawer fronts are in generally good condition. There are some minor nibbles and scuffs around the drawers as one might expect. All metalwork is present. The plinth has some minor marks and scratches as one would expect but again no significant problems. The side panels are in good condition and not split. The dressing table is also structurally sound. The work surface has numerous old ring marks and scratches as one would expect but no real significant problems. All drawer fronts are in generally good condition with only minor scratches and marks commensurate with age. The side panels and legs are in good order. All castors are present. The mirror plate has some minor blemishes but again no significant issues.
A Victorian walnut oval loo table, raised on a carved support and with four downswept legs terminating in scroll feet. Length 142 cm, width 115 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The table is structurally very sound with no movement. The top is flat with no splits. It is generally a good colour and has only minor old surface dings and marks as one would expect. The moulded edge and recessed frieze are in good condition all round. The snap action operates as it should. The turned column is in good condition as are the four legs. There are no repairs, no damage to the legs and no restoration. The castors are original and all present. The table is good quality and there is no evidence of any woodworm.

CONDITION REPORT: The table is structurally sound. The top is in good condition with no veneer losses. The crossbanded edge is in good order all round. The recessed frieze is in good condition. All legs are in good order with no breaks or repairs. The shelf is also in good condition with no issues. All brass caps to the feet are present.
A George III style mahogany cross banded twin pillar dining table with two leaves, Reprodux by Bevan Funnell Ltd. Width 122 cm, length excluding leaves 182 cm, each leave adding a further 46 cm. CONDITION REPORT: This is a good quality reproduction dining table. It is in generally very good condition and is structurally sound with no joint movement. The table top is flat and not warped. The colour is universal throughout. One of the D ends has a 3 cm scratch to the polish. One leaf has a faint heat mark. The pedestals are both in very good order with no issues.
A Victorian walnut combined games and worktable, cribbage, backgammon and chess, with sliding bag, turned supports and cabriole legs terminating in castors. Height 72.5 cm, width 53 cm, depth 41.5 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The table is in generally very good condition. It is structurally sound with no loose joints. The top is flat with no warping. There is some minor polish damage but nothing of any significance. The crossbanded edge is in good order all round. The interior playing surface is very clean with no issues. The drawer runs smoothly. We have the lock and key. The interior linings are a little scuffed and tired as one would expect. The drawer front has a minor veneer nibble. All legs are in good condition with no evidence of any repairs or restoration. The castors are original. There is no evidence of any woodworm.
A George III oak circular topped tripod occasional table raised on three downswept legs terminating in pad feet. Height 69 cm, diameter 63 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The table is structurally sound but quite rustic. The top is manufactured from three sections of timber. There are gaps between the joins and movement. They would easily tighten up. The centre column is in good order. Two of the three legs are in good condition. The third has had a break across the narrow part of the downswept section and this has been glued back together. The repair is sound but is visible.
