One split running centrally from one side approximately halfway across. Some losses to chequer freize. Five of the eight arched side brackets missing the hinge, base is now fixed in place. Collapsable. Elsewhere slight losses- wear, colour is very good

Understructure is in good order. Examination from underside suggests the table depth may have been extended, some water damage to frieze
Good early George III mahogany supper table, the substantial solid mahogany tilt-top with egg and dart carved edge, on stop-fluted column with spiral knop and tripod acanthus carved cabriole legs terminating on hoof feet, 81cm diameter x 71cm high CONDITION REPORT Top has wear/water damage particularly around outer edge and extending around just over half of outer edge patination, patination lost at this point and raw wood showing, otherwise some minor surface scratches. Base with good patination, wear scratches to terminals
