A LATE 18TH CENTURY MEISSEN GROUP OF A MOTHER AND CHILD modelled standing by a dressing table with a cat by their feet, the mother assembling the child's headdress, supported on a scroll and rocaille oval base, cross swords mark with incised digits 2790 and marked K/L in puce. 19.5cm high; together with an 18th century figural candlestick modelled as a putto seated on a tree stump supporting a flower encrusted and ormolu candle socket.
