An Edwardian mahogany and satinwood banded Sheraton Revival writing table, the top with inset writing surface within a moulded edge over two long and two short drawers with brass knob handles raised on square tapered legs to brass caps and castors 91 cm wide x 49 cm deep x 76 cm high CONDITION REPORTS The wood is discoloured/faded. There are some patches/repairs and surface scratching. Leather appears to be a later inlaid piece. Replacement locks on the lower two drawers. There is a significant area of discolouration on the apron of the kneehold on the left hand side. There is loss to the moulding below the bottom drawer on the left hand side. Scratching to the legs, particularly on the inside front ones as though a stool or something has been taken in and out frequently. Area of moulding missing from the inside right hand section. More moulding missing from the right hand side panel.

Whole thing is in need of a good clean. Has some bubbling to the veneers. Some areas of veneer are missing. No key present. One of the internal shelves is missing. The main drawer interior, although fitted, has had repairs variously throughout and crudely so. Barn stored. The wood on the interior of the workbox is heavily scratched. The workbox element won't come out fully. The supporting ledge on one side appears to be a replacement. Heavy wear and tear conducive with age, use and storage - see images for more details

A 19th Century mahogany dining table, the rounded rectangular top with three extra leaves, raised on turned and ringed tapering legs to brass caps and castors 124 cm wide x 72.5 cm high x 147 cm long excluding leaves, two leaves 59 cm long, the other one 56 cm long CONDITION REPORTS Whilst the table is basically sound and stable, the top has several areas of denting, scratching etc conducive with age and use. The leaves are all slightly different in colour though certainly the end leaves appear to be original to each other judging by the grain and figuring which appears to be mirrored, one leaf with section of repair to the edge - see image. There is some discolouration to the edging, particularly to the corners, suggesting that there may have been some alteration to the width. Certainly it does not appear to be too generous on the base. There are some areas of old woodworm visible to the supports to the base of the table. The centre leaf has some areas of repair suggesting that there may have been hinges at one time, therefore that it may have come from another piece of furniture originally. The legs appear to be in good condition, though with surface wear and tear conducive with age and use, as are the castors - see images for further detail

A collection of sundry items to include a Pifco Infrared radiant heat lamp, an Art Deco green painted lead and glass lamp with moulded glass Angel fish on a wave stand with frosted glass lampshade of disc form, 32 cm high, a Susie Cooper six piece pottery hors d'oeuvres set, a mid 20th Century English waisted table lamp base and a Servex painted and chrome plated two handled tray CONDITION REPORTS The heat lamp has losses to the paintwork as well as crazing to the paintwork throughout. Larger scratch to the top of the black handle/support. Appears to be something missing from the top back of the lamp - uinknown what.Fish lamp has losses to the paintwork of the base throughout. Has a build up of a waxlike substance to the base of the lightbulb holder. Circular glass disc has a roughness to the edge. Susie Cooper hors d'oeuvres set - all pieces are badly crazed and discoloured and one of the small square dishes has a chip to the edge. Servex tray - the two handles are loose but present and on. There is crazing to the paintwork and some losses to it and there is some losses to the chrome plating particularly to one corner piece. The waisted table lamp - no fittings, heavily crazed. All items in need of a good clean and have general wear and tear to include light surface scratches etc - see images for more details
