A 19th Century Continental beech pier table with Sienna marble top CONDITION REPORTS Joints are very loose and coming apart and the carved decoration has some losses. Numerous splits in the wood, mainly on the legs and and the carved decorated areas. Wood is very faded and discoloured, most of the piece is covered in areas of mildew. Numerous scratches, dents and cracks to the wood. The lower tier has completely come of and has some breakages. The marble top has numerous chips and surface scratches. See pctures for details. Height: 88.5 cms, length: 120 cms, depth: 50 cms (height is without marble top.)
An early 20th Century Chinese rosewood pedestal desk, the plain top above two short and central single drawer over two pedestals, both with single drawer and united by an undertier CONDITION REPORTS The top of the table has numerous scratches dents, large areas of fading, discolouration and staining. There are numerous areas of the varnish that are missing and lifting. There is an area of loss to a section of the moulding on the left side of the table. A 19th Century pine vintners table, the oval folding top on a plain trestle base together with a set of four 19th Century Continental painted bar back rush seated dining chairs CONDITION REPORTS Size - table max length 164 cm x max width approx 125 cm. All items with remnants of white mould. Various ring marks, scratches and scuffs, losses, etc. to the table. Chairs - seats need restoration and with various scratches, scuffs and marks. Paintwork all but lost. Various general signs of wear and tear on all items. In need of attention. One chair with loss to the bar and to the front seat. See images. Two Republican Chinese porcelain vases, one decorated with figures seated at a table beneath a tree, with script to the back and four character mark to the base, together with one further decorated with birds on a branch above flowers with script verso and six character mark to base CONDITION REPORTS Both vases show light surface scratches, accretions, and blemishes. Slight fading to some of the decoration. General wear and tear commensurate with age. See photos for details. The smaller vase is 20 cm in height approx and the taller vase is 23.5 cm approx
An early 19th Century mahogany drop leaf Sutherland table, the rounded rectangular top on turned and ringed tapering legs to peg feet, brass caps and castors CONDITION REPORTS Leaves measure approx 58.5 cm each and the centre is approx 28 cm. Width is 98 cm. There is warping evidentto both leaves, one in particular. Has surface scratching and is in need of a clean. Chips, knocks and scrapes all over conducive with age and use.
