A Channel Islands silver Old English pattern bright cut table spoon, maker's mark JLG, struck once, plus crown mark and letter J (John Le Gallais, Jersey, c.1847-1873), with flat edged point to bowl, heavy gauge stem, inscribed & dated terminal, 19 AVRIL 1848, 9 1/8in. (23.2cm.) long, weight 2.7 tr.oz.*Condition: excellent condition, clear hallmarks.
