A mid-Victorian walnut fold-over games table, the rectangular top inlaid with a Tunbridge ware panel of a castle, hinged to reveal inlaid chequer and backgammon boards, the frieze fitted with a single drawer enclosing chess pieces and dominoes above a basket slide, raised on a pair of turned columns and carved cabriole legs united by a stretcher.

A stitched volume of manuscript estate plans on linen, c. 1860s, thirty-two hand-col. pen and ink estate plans of Lanarth, Trenithon and Rosuic, Trovean, Roscaranon, Cowyjack, Tregiddon, Carnebo, Bonallack and Tresahor, Scorrier and Treskerby, etc., each titled in manuscript with adjacent landowners names mentioned, incl.
