CONDITION REPORT: Needs rewiring, areas of rubbing and dints, mainly to edges and corners of the base, odd dints to upper section, rubbing to the acanthus leaf decoration, fitment to be replaced, surface wear such as scratches and minor dirt.
An early Victorian mahogany sewing table, the hinged lid enclosing a fitted interior with basket beneath, carved central column to tripartite scrolling base, height 73cm, width 48cm, depth 40cm. CONDITION REPORT: Old repair and filler front left, under carriage has been repaired, splits to internal lids, general surface wear throughout.

CONDITION REPORT: All with general surface commensurate with age, some age with dirt (also to the inside), majority with tiny nibbles to some edges, tarnish to silver.
A group of hallmarked silver mounted dressing table items to include Reynold's Angels pattern hand brush, Charles Boyton & Son Ltd, Birmingham 1905, an Art Nouveau masks decorated coat brush, initialled H, Williams Ltd, Birmingham 1904, and two clear glass jars, also a napkin ring, a silver rimmed salt and a white metal overlaid teapot cover (8).
A group of variously hallmarked silver topped dressing table jars to include two globular shaped pairs, one by Adie & Lovekin Ltd, Birmingham 1899, height 5.5cm, also a rectangular engine turned decorated example, Birmingham 1920, and a pair of Canadian sterling silver topped peppers, Roden Bros, Toronto (13). CONDITION REPORT: All with general wear commensurate with age, the pair by Adie & Lovekin heavily rubbed through to the lid caused by over cleaning, other examples with similar issues, all with tarnish, the majority with dints and general surface wear with nibbles to edges.
A 19th century oak corner cupboard with single door enclosing two shelves and single drawer, length 101cm, and a tilt-top chessboard table (2). CONDITION REPORT: Corner cupboard with areas of loss, replacements, some damage etc to cornice and throughout, the chessboard table hinge section a modern replacement, general wear and tear throughout, areas of loss and damage to the top, scratches, marks, discolouration, etc.
HENRY MATTHEWS; an Edward VII hallmarked silver topped clear faceted glass four piece dressing table set comprising two jars and two scent bottles, Birmingham 1906, the tallest height 18cm, also three nail buffers to include a green guilloche enamel example by Albert Carter, Birmingham 1933, and a chromed scent bottle funnel (8). CONDITION REPORT: The four piece set generally in good condition with only minor surface wear mainly to base, tarnish to the caps, some surface dirt to the inside of the scent bottle, the same bottle with a few tiny bruises, no major damage, the green guilloche enamel decorated buffer with area of chipping, surface scratches and dirt to further buffers with tarnish and surface wear, both slightly misshapen.
A late 19th century turned satin walnut wig stand with domed cover, baluster ring turned stem and circular base, height 23cm, and a miniature circular table, height 21.5cm, diameter 18cm (2). CONDITION REPORT: Wig stand has a good colour and light surface wear throughout. Table is a bit of a hybrid and has heavy staining, surface wear and split to the central pedestal and general wear throughout.
A mid-Victorian miniature mahogany breakfast table with hinged moulded top above ring turned central column, dished base and three carved paw feet, height 24cm, diameter 30.25cm. CONDITION REPORT: Overall of good colour, a few surface knocks and scratches, the action works well for the tilt-top. General surface wear.

CHARLES PERRY & CO; a George V hallmarked silver backed four piece dressing table set comprising a circular hand mirror, length 25cm, a hand brush and a pair of coat brushes, Chester 1923, each piece engraved with ribbon and floral garland (4). CONDITION REPORT: Each piece with numerous dints and scratches, the bristles of the hand brush appears to be replaced and crudely mounted, mild tarnish throughout, general surface wear commensurate with age.
