Lalique France No. 1014 The glass in good condition with no damage noted. Wear to the silvered metal fittings. This item was probably designed as a lamp base.

Copper lamp base border with dents. Chrome lamp: Repainted section to white shade. Chrome with age related surface scratches but no pitting.
