Contemporary cast silver table ornament, realistically modelled as a woodcock (Sheffield 1997) C J Vander Ltd. All at approximately 30ozs. 18cm overall height.General overall condition very good, no major damage or repair, beak is straight, rear claw on one foot has been bent very slightly to allow bird to stand straight, there is a black mark on the surface of the silver around the blow hole underneath between the legs and to the rear of the right upper leg facing the model.
