The top-loaded nature of the top gives it a bit of wobble, but joints generally sound. Rubbing and wear to gilding to both pieces, although this is probably intentional to give it a worn appearance. General small knocks and light surface wear to both. Overall both appear in good structural cosmetic and structural condition and are ready for use.
