Title page and A2 replaced by facsimile leaves, as is a leaf from the table and the colophon, various marginal repairs throughout, significant loss of text to final leaves and table. The book has recently been extensively restored and rebound at a cost of c. £1000, including washing, sizing, de-acidifying and leafcasting of various leaves.
