A Pair of Silver Table Models of Pheasants, C J Vander, London 1986, modelled as a cock and a hen, the hen with outstretched wings, 24cm long, 26oz 12dwt (2) Provenance: The Estate of Mrs R D Peacock. Both with clear marks to table feathers, also struck with a further sponsor's mark GA. The tips of both tail feathers somewhat bent and could do with straightening. One claw bent upwards, but both stand well.

An Extensive Service of Silver Sandringham Pattern Flatware, Viners Ltd, Sheffield 1932/33 (two teaspoons 1957), 18 place settings, comprising: table forks; table knives (with steel blades); soup spoons; dessert forks (one lacking); dessert spoons; dessert knives (with steel blades); fish forks; fish knives; fruit knives (with steel blades) fruit forks (with steel tines); and teaspoons (plus one extra); 6 table/serving spoons; 4 sauce ladles; a pair of fish servers; 2 carving knives; 2 carving forks; and one steel, all housed in a good quality burr walnut freestanding canteen with hinged top and two pull out drawers, on cabriole supports with hoof feet, the canteen 78cm wide, weighable silver 242oz 18dwt (215). No crests or initials to the service. General signs of use throughout, some pieces with rubbing to marks, particularly on the knife handles. The dessert knives; table knives; fruit knives and forks; and carving pieces, as per description all have steel blades/tines and hollow silver handles. The canteen is well fitted and in fairly good condition, a few marks to the top and some scuffing to legs and edges, interior with some fading and scuffing in places, mainly to the upper tier.

A Burmese Ruby and Diamond Cluster Ring, an oval cut ruby in a claw setting within a border of old cut diamonds, to diamond set ridged shoulders, total estimated diamond weight 0.60 carat approximately, finger size L see illustration The ring is accompanied by a GIA Gemological Report Ruby Origin Report, GIA Report 2175695156, dated July 14th, 2016, stating that the ruby weighs 2.65 carat, geographic origin: Burma (Myanmar), with no indications of heating. The ring is in good to fair condition. The ruby has a surface reaching fracture with associated chip from a crown facet to the edge of the table. The shank has been resized. The ruby measures 9.33mm x 6.71mm x 4.39mm as per the GIA report. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour J/K, clarity SI1/SI2. Gross weight 4.0 grams. Condition Report made 23rd May 2018.
