(13cm.) long; Hanoverian pattern soup spoon, maker's mark CWQ, struck once (Charles William Quesnel, Jersey c.1790-1885), inscribed to terminal 'IPC', 7 5/8in. (19.5cm.) long; bright cut Old English pattern table spoon, maker's mark overstruck JLG, London, 1854 (John Le Gallais, Jersey, c. 1847-1873), inscribed to terminal, 8 ¼in. (21cm.), weight 3.7tr.oz. (4)*CWQ - shallow dents to bowl; JQ pair both with tiny dents to bowls; JLG - flat at the terminal (creased), bowl with dents.

Some opened but very little evidence of use. The flatware does not fit correctly into the canteen - it is a much earlier piece.

Each having makers mark for Henry Matthews. The silver handled shoe horns and button hook having a raised figural design of Cherubs. Hallmarked for London, 1902 and 1903.
