A 1920`s dining room suite comprising an extending dining table together with a set of eight dining chairs (6+2), a breakfront stepped sideboard with shaped back panel and a two tier twin flap trolley table. The suite is of mixed period design but primarily of Chinese style decoration, the table having Chinese key pattern carved frieze, this repeated to the chair supports. Both the chairs and the table have cabriole legs and scrolling feet, the chairs with H base stretcher rails. The chair backs and the sideboard are carved with panels of sailing vessels and the sideboard is fitted with one central cupboard flanked by two side cupboards, this too supported on short cabriole legs with scrolling feet on block carved bases. The table 91"" wide extended, the sideboard 63""w.
