Replacement flute, spring action still inside.

A padouk wood refectory table, the two-piece plank top on four moulded square legs and an 'H' stretcher, label below inscribed '3. oblong table in padouk, designed by M.C.N. - executed Wakelin Sunningdale c.1010', 229cm wide 76cm deep 72cm high Montagu C Norman was Governor of the Bank of England. He engaged Wakelin to design and make furniture for his house, Thorpe Lodge. This also bears a paper label 'From MN, Thorpe Lodge, Campden Hill'.
