A Chinese polychrome decorated vase with cracked ice and floral design, bears underglazed blue concentric ring mark (drilled as a table lamp), 47.5 cm high not including bayonet fixing CONDITION REPORTS Some surface scratches, accretions, wear to some of the decoration, a build up of dirt in areas. There is a large crack and old repair to the rim of the vase underneath the lamp fitting. The drill hole to the base has some chips around it. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use. A Monart table lamp with marbleised coloured glass base and shade (light mechanism missing) CONDITION REPORTS Light surface scratches, accretions etc. The base of the lamp appears to have been damaged at some point and has been repaired and ground off on the top with some minor nibbles to the rim where it has been ground. A Wedgwood Green Jasperware gourd shaped scent bottle, together with a Wedgwood Blue Jasperware dressing table scent bottle and an amethyst and cut glass grenade scent bottle with silver mount CONDITION REPORTS The glass scent bottle 10cm height approx has some light surface scratches. The metal top is tarnished. Some light scratches to the silver and a couple of small dents. The green Jasperware scent bottle 12cm height approx has some very light surface scratches, slightly dirty, some accretions. The silver top is tarnished and has light surface scratches and a few small dents. The chain connecting the silver collar and the stopper has snapped. The blue Jasperware scent bottle 14cm height approx has some light surface scratches, is slightly dirty, has some accretions. All items with general wear and tear commensurate with age and use.
A collection of eight silver mounted dressing table scent bottles and a similar brass mounted example CONDITION REPORTS All scent bottles have surface scratches, scuffs, etc. The silver tops to the scent bottles have surface scratches and some small dents and some tarnishing. All of the silver tops are hallmarked and one of the lids closes but keeps popping open. One of the scent bottles glass top has a chip. There are also chips to a couple of the bases of the glass stoppers. Some of the stoppers still have residue in them. All have general wear and tear commensurate with age and use. Measurements included in catalogue description. Height 74.5 cm. Top surface slightly dull in colour requiring polish and with light surface scratching throughout conducive with day to day use. Oval base with signs of scuffing and two light surface cracks in the paintwork assumed where joins in the construction occur with light paint loss.

A George II mahogany silver table, the rectangular dish top with inset corners over a Cavetto frieze with ebony beading over a shaped apron, raised on slender cabriole legs to pad feet, 79 cm wide CONDITION REPORTS Top with surface scratching, denting throughout conducive with age and use. Frieze and legs appear in good order. Underside very clean. Centre strut possibly a replacement. Over all appears to have had good sympathetic restoration at some time though appears not recently. A George III mahogany serving table, the segmented top of starburst form, cross-banded and with serpentine front, over a side frieze drawer, bearing stamp to the lock "Patent GR" beneath a crown, raised on fluted tapering supports to ringed and acanthus carved feet, 137 cm wide CONDITION REPORTS Has worm, predominently to the back. Sections of moulding missing through out and various replacements. Generally has fading and ring marks etc to the top and apron. The top is bowed and has splits to the veneer. Whilst feet appear to be stylistically wrong, they have clearly been there some time, and they appear to be out of character and of a different wood, therefore may or may not be original. An 18th Century North Country English oak side table, the plank top with cross-banded and moulded edge over two cross-banded drawers with brass swan neck handles and fretwork carved frieze, raised on square moulded and chamfered supports, 81 cm wide unable to weigh accurately however can be lifted easily by one person CONDITION REPORTS Top has a large split, has had various patches and repairs to the drawer fronts and on the carved apron. Damage to both side panels. Has several holes to the legs. One of the brass handles is loose. Approximately 11.5 kilos. Wear and tear conducive with age and use. See images for more details.

Areas of the ebonisation are worn. Minor scuffs and scratches to the second tier and to the legs. Wear to the base of the legs. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use. Circa 2600 BC. A haematite cylinder seal with two facing goddesses flanking a bowl(?) with star above; followed by two bands: the upper with two seated figures, holding hands up towards a laden table, the lower with four standing figures. 9.72 grams, 25mm (1"). Property of a respected gentleman, from his private collection formed 1965-2018. Very fine condition.
Early 1st millennium BC. A bronze dagger of Type Loucé comprising a lentoid-section triangular blade with incised convergent lines to each face of the blade, hexagonal-section hollow hilt with curved pommel and arched guard attached by two rivets, hole to each face and angled slot to one; mounted on a custom-made stand. Cf. Gallay, G. Die kupfer- und altbronzezeitlichen Dolche und Stabdolcher in Frankreich, Prähistorische Bronzefunde Abteilung VI, Band 5, Munich, 1981, table 21 for type. 147 grams, 21cm including stand (8 1/4"). Property of an English gentleman; formerly in a UK collection formed 1970s-1990s. Very fine condition.
9th-11th century AD. An iron axehead with broad curved blade, socket with spurs to each edge; mounted on a custom-made stand. Cf. Arbman, H. Birka I: Die Gräber, Uppsala, 1940, table 14(5"). 1.2 kg, 31cm (12 1/4"). From the family collection of a London gentleman; formed in the late 1940s-1950s; thence by descent. Very fine condition.
