A 20th century Louis XVI style rectangular topped side table, with boss and anthemion inlaid top, and a single frieze drawer on raised column legs, gilt metal mounts throughout on gilt hairy lion paw feet, 151 cm x 91 cm x 41 cm highThe table is in very good order and in full satin polish.One point to make, that the table came from a family household and the frieze drawer was secured by an anti-child closure that was 3M pad fixed to the surface, this has been removed and thankfully has NOT removed any veneer or polish but has left a residual amount of the adhesive pads, this will no doubt remove with the application of a suitable solvent.I am including a further image of the residue.

Printed for Thomas Harris, and Sold by the Booksellers in Town and Country. From the library of Job Lousley, who writes to the title page 'This Life of Christ is a very scarce Book it has 33 capital plates and contains a great deal of curious and useful information, I suppose the Author was the late Mr. Thos. Stackhouse of Beenham in Berkshire but I am not sure that it is - The Frontispiece is by Vandyke. I never saw above two copies and this is supposed to be worth £2-0s-ds. Job Lousley's Book, Hampstead Norris Berks 1845.' Lousley was a bibliophile and antiquarian who often wrote his thoughts and opinions to the title pages of his collection. Original full calf binding, tooled detail to front board and remnants of gilt tooling to spine. An exceptionally scarce volume, with no examples of this edition present on ESTC or JISC and only two extant at Lousley's time of writing in 1845. Large 4to.
ARTS & CRAFTS OAK DINING SUITE, CIRCA 1900 comprising an octagonal dining table, this over four upright supports carved with stylised Yorkshire-style rose motifs to frieze, and four single chairs, these with curved rail over a carved Yorkshire-style rose motif, the seat upholstered in brown leatherette, on carved tapered square section supports to pad feetTabletop missing dowels, so sits loose over base. Base shows typical wear commensurate with use and age, though without structural damage. Chairs, again with wear commensurate with use and age, some more noticeable to to rails, though again structurally fine (some minor wobble). One chair does have some splits to top rail. IN THE MANNER OF JOSEF LORENZL, PAIR OF ART DECO FIGURAL TABLE LAMPS, CIRCA 1920-40 gilt spelter, modelled as a young lady holding aloft a (later) glass shade, on stepped alabaster base55cm longBoth glass shades have nibbles to the rims, both figures have some small colour losses, both figures show evidence of past glueing to the stepped bases and both bases have nibbles/small losses especially around each edge.
PAIR OF TIFFANY STYLE TABLE LAMPS AND SET OF THREE WALL SONCES, CONTEMPORARY each leaded glass shade decorated with stylised motifs to a mottled peach ground, the lamps on bronzed column support to circular base and four spade feet Condition of lamps good to fair. Each shade is generally good. The columns on the lamps are solid and so again are with minimal ware, though would benefit from a tightening up as there is a slight looseness, particularly to one. One works at time of test. The other has no bulb. Two of the wall sconces have damages to metal wall bracket. Approx. Second half of the 20TH century
