A late Victorian silver-mounted dressing table set comprising: a rectangular dressing mirror, a hand mirror, various brushes, combs, cut glass bottles, a shoe horn, scissors and other dressing accessories, approx 25 items, monogrammed, Birmingham 1897-98, contained in a leather-covered fitted case.
An oak refectory table with framed three-plank top, frieze carved with repeating confronting foliate scrolls and on six bulbous leaf-carved legs joined by square stretchers, 79cm. x 86cm. x 209cm., reconstructed, the legs 17th century together with a brass plaque engraved TABLE from the Bishops Palace at Chester removed on the restoration of the Cathedral 1865.
A mahogany Pembroke table, the rounded rectangular top crossbanded with zebrawood and centred by a marquetry panel of foliage and drapery, the similarly inlaid frieze with a drawer and on tapering square legs with brass castors, 71cm. high x 100cm. wide, basically George III, most of the inlay later.
