A Pair of Vintage 1940's Anodised Aluminium Table Uplighters, 35cmBoth of matching size. some minor scuffs and scratches. Slight lean on both, would probably be fixable.One tested as working, the other with a lighting plug so cannot test. Have not been pat tested, would need checked by a qualified electrician. The shades are aluminium.
A Victorian Flame Mahogany, Boxwood and Ebony-Strung Circular Centre Table, circa 1900, the rosewood-crossbanded frieze within fluted moulding, on turned and acanthus tapering legs joined by a circular shelf and pierced brass gallery, 83cm diameter, 73cm highSome light scractches and water marks to the top, structurally sound, no signs of worm, repair to stretchers and to the top of one leg.

A slightly raised linear push mark (from back to front) running horizontally approx 30cm in length, situated approx 15cm from the top edge in the left hand side predominantly, with tiny amounts of associated cracking along the line. The odd small brown surface spot, with a cluster within the open book on the table, and other sporadically elsewhere. Slight buckle to the canvas in the lower right hand corner. Paint a little thin in places. Not examined under UV light.
